In an historic move, Moorings Park and London Bay Development Group formed a partnership to create a one-of-a- kind community: Moorings Park Grande Lake.

“When we first bought the land and thought about doing a life plan community, the question was, ‘who do we want to partner with?’  and for us that was a really easy answer, “ said Mark Wilson, president of London Bay Development Group. “There was only one company we wanted to partner with and that was Moorings Park. They are the gold standard in Life Plan communities.”

The partnership between Moorings Park and London Bay Development Group was a major factor in Eugene and Anne Culler’s decision to move to Moorings Park Grande Lake from their home in Park Shore.

“We knew that London Bay Homes is a premier builder,” said Anne Culler. “When we heard Moorings Park was going to partner with London Bay to develop a new community, we knew that the quality of construction and design was going to be very high.”

Moorings Park Grande Lake has taken living in a retirement community to new heights with gracious, lakefront residences of 2,230 sq. ft. under air to penthouse plans that measure more than 5,700 sq. ft. Phase 1 residences are currently under construction with a Spring 2020 occupancy expected. Sales in Phase 2, which includes the newly released clubhouse residences, have passed the 50% mark.

A few residences remain available in Phase 1 which includes a social membership to Naples Grande Golf Club. The membership takes effect the moment residents take occupancy of their home and until such time as the Moorings Park Grande Lake Clubhouse is completed. 

Phase 2, consisting of 23 residences, was released for sale earlier this year with the popular Brook model constituting the majority of the floor plans. The incredible views. And, all the outstanding amenities. We can’t wait to move in.”
