In an historic move, Moorings Park and London Bay Development Group, have formed a partnership to create a new, outstanding Life Plan (CCRC) community in the Naples area: Moorings Park Grande Lake.

Located on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, the pet-friendly Moorings Park Grande Lake will combine one-of-a-kind vistas of magnificent lakes and championship golf with luxury homes and exceptional healthcare.

The centerpiece of Moorings Park Grande Lake will be its beautiful clubhouse. As planned, its interior will feature casual and fine dining, a lakefront restaurant and bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, including a best-in-its-class golf simulator, a theatre, and a salon and spa.
As planned, the exterior of the clubhouse will feature a resort-style pool with poolside bistro and cabanas, all overlooking the 28-acre lake.
In and around the clubhouse at Moorings Park Grande Lake will be common areas that promote social interaction, allowing and encouraging residents to choose indoor and outdoor activities year-round.
A few of the planned outdoor activities and amenities will include a yoga pavilion, walking paths, lakeside parklettes with boardwalks, gardens, fire pits and overlooks, several bird-watching posts, and bocce and pickleball courts.
“Our residents love being outside so we designed as many outdoor amenities as possible,” said Lavender. “Whether it’s classes in the yoga pavilion, strolls through the gardens or walking paths, or even watching the native birds take flight, there are many activities in which our residents can participate and enjoy.”
Also located within the clubhouse is The Center for Healthy Living, which is home to the community’s rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, which was developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System.
The Care 360 program offers a higher level of personalized primary care. Services are available to residents of Moorings Park with no additional fees, other than typical co-pays. The Care 360 concierge physicians are accessible by appointment, plus 24/7 access via phone, text or email.
Currently, two phases at Moorings Park Grande Lake have been released for sale.
Of the 47 residences in Phase 1, a number of outstanding homes with incredible views remain available. The three buildings in the first phase have been under construction for approximately six months and are currently about 30 percent completed. They are planned for a Spring 2020 completion date.

The 23 residences currently available in Phase 2 also offer breathtaking lake and golf course views. The first two buildings in the second phase are close to the clubhouse.
Except for one penthouse, the floor plans available in Phase 2 are the popular Brook model, which features a magnificent great room, master bedroom and bath separated from the guest suites, as well as private elevators that lead into residents’ private vestibules.
Entrance fees at Moorings Park Grande Lake start at $1.5 million and are 70 percent refundable. Assisted Living, Memory Care and concierge healthcare are included.
